TechMax designed and implemented a complete customer engagement and sales management solution for an IT services organization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, a custom Model-Driven Power App, Power Automate workflows, Microsoft 365 integration, and a custom WordPress website integrated directly with the CRM platform.
The client required a centralized platform to manage leads, customers, opportunities, sales activities, and business development processes. Existing operations relied on spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected systems, making it difficult to track sales performance and customer engagement.
TechMax implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as the organization's primary CRM platform and developed a custom Model-Driven Power App to manage industry-specific business processes. The solution centralized customer information, sales activities, opportunities, communications, and operational workflows into a single platform.
A custom WordPress website was developed and integrated directly with Dynamics 365 CRM, allowing website inquiries, lead forms, contact requests, and customer interactions to automatically create and update CRM records without manual intervention.
The organization successfully transformed its sales and customer management operations through a fully integrated CRM ecosystem. Dynamics 365 Sales, custom Power Platform solutions, and website integrations eliminated manual processes, improved lead management, increased sales visibility, and enhanced customer engagement.
