TechMax designed and implemented a centralized trade management platform for a commodity trading organization utilizing CME and ICE trading systems. The solution automated trade processing, buyer and seller confirmations, calculations, approvals, reporting, and operational workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and API integrations.
The organization relied heavily on CME and ICE trading platforms while operational processes were managed manually using spreadsheets and emails. Trade information had to be manually extracted, validated, processed, and distributed to buyers and sellers. This resulted in operational bottlenecks, delayed confirmations, manual calculation errors, inconsistent reporting, and limited visibility across the trade lifecycle.
TechMax developed a centralized Model-Driven Power App built on Microsoft Dataverse to manage the complete trade lifecycle from a single platform. Secure API integrations with CME and ICE automatically retrieve trade information and synchronize records in real time.
AI-powered validation models review incoming trade data, identify inconsistencies, and improve data quality before processing begins. Power Automate workflows perform trade calculations, update statuses, generate confirmation templates, route approvals, distribute buyer and seller communications, and automate operational processes.
The platform provides complete visibility across trading operations while eliminating manual data entry and significantly reducing operational risk.
